Set of 22 loose cigarette cards featuring colour illustrations of Royal Air Force aircraft, with numbered descriptive text on the reverse. The numbered series runs from 1 to 22 and includes Gloster "Gauntlet", Bristol "Blenheim", Supermarine "Spitfire", Avro "Anson", Supermarine "Walrus" and Avro "Rota".
Preloved cards with age-related spotting, discolouration and uneven toning, particularly to the backs. Several cards show worn or softened edges and corners; No. 16, Supermarine "Walrus", has a creased corner with small edge loss. Mild surface wear, specks and scuffs are visible.
