The reverse has a single post with butterfly clutch and is reported to include Jonathan Grey and Associates, Tustin, CA, 1990, and United States Postal Service non-exclusive licensee wording. Fine light scuffs or scratch-like marks are visible on the glossy front coating, particularly over the red and white area.
