This printed engineering and model-making periodical includes technical articles, tool-use instruction, advertisements, engineering diagrams, a plan for a working model steam wagon, and photographs relating to model yachting.
The front cover is detached and has creasing, edge wear, small chips, and a small tear or loss at the upper edge. Paper is age-toned, with darker browning to the covers and outer advertising leaves. Some pages have spotting or staining, and page edges and corners may be softened, creased or slightly curled. The model steam wagon plate has a small dark mark at its centre fold.
