WW1 Australian Commonwealth Military Forces Brass Uniform Button

WW1 Australian Commonwealth Military Forces brass uniform button with a domed face, raised crown and map-shaped central device. The reverse has an integral wire loop shank and a partially legible impressed maker's mark.

General surface wear, dulling and tarnish are present across the face, rim and reverse. Darkened areas and small green-blue corrosion or discolouration are present, with front lettering and raised details worn and darkened in places. The loop shank is present and attached.
