Giveaway update

Thank you for your interest in our recent Alley Cat Trading Giveaway.

During the winner selection process, we encountered a significant number of entries that did not meet our eligibility requirements, including multiple entries from accounts that appeared to be engaging in suspicious or automated activity.

In accordance with Section 6 of our official rules, which allows Alley Cat Trading to cancel or modify the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we have made the decision to cancel this giveaway and withhold the prize.

We believe this is the most appropriate course of action to ensure that future promotions remain genuine, enjoyable, and in the spirit of rewarding our true supporters.

1. Eligibility

• The Alley Cat Trading Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Alley Cat Trading, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Giveaway Period

• The Giveaway begins on 12th March 2025 at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on 26th March 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST (“Giveaway Period”).
• Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

Participants can enter by completing any of the following actions:
✅ Follow @AlleyCatTrading.com.au on Instagram.
✅ Follow AlleyCatTrading on Facebook.
✅ Share the official giveaway post on Facebook and/or Pinterest.
✅ Share and get 5 entries when someone you refer enters, maximum 100 entries. Your giveaway referral link is shown after you enter the giveaway.

You must submit your entry via the official giveaway page.

Entries must be submitted before the Giveaway Period closes.

• Any incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize

• The winner will receive one (1) $100 Alley Cat Trading Gift Voucher (the “Prize”).
• The Prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other items.
• The Prize must be redeemed in-store or online at Alley Cat Trading.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place within 48 hours after the Giveaway ends.
• The winner will be announced on Alley Cat Trading’s official Facebook & Instagram pages and contacted via direct message.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

6. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to allow Alley Cat Trading to use their name and/or Instagram handle for promotional purposes if they win.
• Alley Cat Trading reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• Any attempt to tamper with the Giveaway will result in immediate disqualification.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest.
• By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest of any responsibility regarding this Giveaway.
